Hanagusari charm

A finally made mixed metal Hanagusari charm made of shakudo with inlaid flowers and butterflies. Each stem and flower are inlaid using fine gold and silver wires and other alloys. These four panels would seem to represent the four seasons of Japan, a commonly found subject of Japanese art during the Edo and Meiji period.
